Returns Information
Please check your order carefully on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery, notify us in writing or by email within 2 working days, informing us in detail of why you consider the goods are damaged or incomplete, then return the goods to us within seven working days of receipt of order.
If we agree that the goods are unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete, we shall (at our entire discretion) either send you a replacement or shall refund you the value of the goods to the extent we agree they are damaged or incomplete. We shall not be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of the goods being damaged or incomplete.
