Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are correct. In the case of an error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Dispatch and Delivery
All orders will be sent within 3 to 5 working days within UK mainland only. They will be advised to leave in a safe place if there is nobody in to sign for the goods. If you have particular delivery instructions or would not like your order to be left without a signature, please advise at the time of ordering. By delivering your order to the address you specify when making the order then we have discharged our obligations to deliver the order to you
It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order.
Please note it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address.
We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.
Please note our courier company requires a telephone number at the delivery address.
We are unable to guarantee delivery within 3 to 5 working days due to unforeseen circumstances.
Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be despatched within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day and will only be notified by the couriers if there is a problem. We cannot estimate a delivery time and it may occur any time up until 4pm. Deliveries unavailable Saturday & Sunday.

Delivery charges
Delivery costs for overseas will be calculated at the checkout based on your delivery country.

Refunds Procedure
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery, notify us in writing or by email as soon as possible informing us in detail of why you consider the goods are damaged or incomplete, then return the goods to us within seven working days of receipt of order.
If we agree that the goods are unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete, we shall (at our entire discretion) either send you a replacement or shall refund you the value of the goods to the extent we agree they are damaged or incomplete. We shall not be liable for any loss you suffer as a result of the goods being damaged or incomplete.

Restrictions on purchase

Our products contain allergens, these are clearly stated on ingredient labels and our website. It is your responsibility to check before purchase. Please note that all our products will be labelled with the standard English labelling that complies with the EU rules on general food labelling and nutrition labelling legislation. Sustainable Palm oil
Churchill’s products are found to be in compliance with the RSPO Supply Chain Certification Systems. This guarantees that the criteria for processing RSPO certified palm oil products through one or more of the supply chain models as stated in the RSPO Supply Chain Certification Systems have been made.
